1. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings must be made in advance through our official channels (website, phone, or office).

  • A minimum advance payment is required to confirm your booking.

  • Booking confirmation will be provided via email or SMS.

2. Payment Terms

  • Full payment must be made before the commencement of the tour/rental.

  • We accept UPI, bank transfers, and major digital payment methods.

  • Prices are subject to change based on fuel prices, seasonal rates, or special requests.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 7+ days prior to the trip: 90% refund

  • Cancellations made 3–6 days prior: 50% refund

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours: No refund

  • No refunds for no-shows or unused services once the trip has started.

4. Vehicle Rental Terms

  • Vehicles will be driven only by our authorized drivers.

  • Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers may result in additional charges.

  • Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited in the vehicle.

5. Tour Conduct

  • Please follow the itinerary and be punctual to avoid delays.

  • We reserve the right to change the itinerary due to weather, roadblocks, or other unforeseen conditions.

  • Our team will not be responsible for delays caused by traffic, temple queues, or third-party service interruptions.

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • We are not responsible for any personal loss, injury, or damage during the trip.

  • Clients are responsible for their personal belongings.

  • Any claims related to service must be reported immediately during or after the trip.

7. Spiritual Services

  • Arrangements like special darshan, homams, or rituals are based on temple availability.

  • We are not liable for changes in temple schedules, closures, or delays.

8. Use of Personal Information

  • Customer data is collected only for service and communication purposes.

  • We do not share or sell your information to third parties.

9. Amendments

  • These terms are subject to change without prior notice. Please check this page regularly for updates.
